Use this form to notify the I.C.E.C. staff regarding changes in your child's attendance.
After you have filled in all necessary information, remember to press Send at the bottom of the form!
Changes will be registered immediately when you send the form. Notice time, when applicable, will begin at that day. However the notification is always cross-checked with you in person by the school's staff before becoming effective.
You must be the child's parent or carer to send this information
